    Write your own tell me about yourself script.  Share with Spranger in docs. 

    Step 3: Role-play X3

    With a different partner, assume the role of a manager interviewing a potential employee.

    1. Shake hands, look each other in the eye, and introduce yourselves
    2. Sit face-to-face (across from each other)
    3. Sit up straight, don't fidget, or play with your hands or hair
    4. Manager says: "Mr. (fill in the black here), tell me about yourself."
    5. Potential employee answers
    6. MANAGER – critique your partner's performance
      • Tell him/her at least ONE positive thing you observed
      • Tell him/her at least ONE thing he/she could work on
    7. Switch roles when finished
